Privacy and Data Security Policy

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference, the Arabic version prevails.

1. Our commitment to privacy

Runnova processes company information and customer conversations to provide the service. Hosting, storage and AI providers may process data needed for those functions. Access is restricted through company membership and server-side checks. This is not a guarantee that vulnerabilities cannot occur.

2. AI providers and data use

Runnova does not independently train public models on company content. AI provider processing and data use depend on the provider, account tier and enabled settings. Do not send passwords, payment card details or other secrets. An unconditional no-training guarantee for every provider configuration is not offered.

3. Encryption and storage

The service uses HTTPS for data in transit. Storage protection depends on the configured infrastructure; no specific at-rest encryption algorithm is guaranteed here. Company settings control conversation recording where supported. Contact us for retention, processor and deletion details before uploading sensitive content.

4. Website statistics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics on runnova.cloud pages, including company pages and the Nova chat window, to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate country, device and browser type, and visit time. Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser, and Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. We do not send conversation content, names, phone numbers or email addresses to Google Analytics, and pages whose link carries a private code (such as team invitations) are not measured. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

5. Contact and support

For any privacy questions or data deletion requests, please contact the security team at: privacy@runnova.cloud.
