Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel at any time
Any customer or company may cancel their subscription at any time directly from the dashboard (/dashboard/billing). After cancelling, the account stays active until the end of the current paid period, without automatic renewal.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 14 days of the first subscription if the customer is not satisfied with the service, provided that no more than 50% of the included quota has been used.
3. How refunds work
Refunds are made to the original payment method (through the Paymob gateway) within 5 to 14 business days, depending on the policy of the bank that issued the card.
4. Delivery and shipping
Runnova is a fully digital service. Your subscription is activated on your account as soon as payment is completed; there are no physical products, no shipping and no delivery fees.
