1. Acceptance of the terms
By using the Runnova platform (runnova.cloud), you agree to follow all the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. The service and subscriptions
Runnova provides a SaaS service that gives businesses AI employees for voice and text. Subscription fees are charged according to the chosen plan (monthly or yearly). Each plan includes a monthly allowance of minutes and messages; when it is used up, the service pauses until the next month or an upgrade, and nothing extra is charged.
3. Lawful use and security
Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity, or to publish harmful or abusive content, is prohibited. Runnova reserves the right to suspend any account that breaks these rules.
4. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the service stable and available at all times. The platform is not liable for any indirect losses caused by outages of public communication networks.
